A short stretch south of Baldwin, shown on 2000 GA DOT map as complete actually isn't. Then a stretch, about 8 to 9 miles long, from around GA 105 to about 3 miles north of Homer (Banks County) is complete and open. Plans are to widen GA 15/US 441 on to Athens (Clarke County).
